Training Cohorts

Overview

The Greater Milwaukee Nonprofit Capacity-Building Training Cohort is a structured learning and development program designed to strengthen the operational effectiveness, leadership, and sustainability of nonprofit organizations in the region. The cohort model fosters peer learning, shared experiences, and tailored support to help organizations thrive.


Each training cohort serves 10–20 nonprofits over a 3–6 month period, blending training sessions, peer learning, and coaching to create a robust capacity-building experience. Participants gain practical tools, real-world strategies, and ongoing support to address their unique organizational challenges.


This high-impact learning experience equips nonprofit leaders with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to build stronger, more resilient organizations—ensuring long-term success in serving their communities

•    Strategic Planning & Impact Measurement
